Thomas Doig DC
Chiropractor
Thomas is from Dundee and graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth with a first class Masters degree in Chiropractic.
His introduction to chiropractic arose following a recurring football related hamstring injury as a teenager. The chiropractic care he received aided his recovery and helped maintain high levels of performance. It was chiropractic’s holistic approach which ignited his interest in becoming a chiropractor. He has carried on this passion for sports by working with a wide variety of athletes ranging from professional footballers to downhill skiers and even motorcycle speedway, being the team chiropractor for the Poole Pirates.
Thomas has acquired a wealth of experience working initially in two busy Edinburgh clinics followed by two clinics in the Bournemouth area. Thomas enjoys seeing patients of all ages and knows the importance of providing bespoke, specialised care and strives to deliver this high standard and quality of care to all his patients.
In his spare time Thomas can be found bagging Munros, on the golf course, in the gym or playing 5 a-side.
Thomas is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and Scottish Chiropractic Association.
Rachel Speid DC LRCC
Chiropractor
Rachel is also from Dundee and graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Master of Chiropractic degree. Prior to this, she achieved a BSc in Biomedical Science degree from the University of Abertay. It was during this time that Rachel realised that her main interest was in the human body and how it works.
Rachel is passionate about helping others overcome injuries and getting back to peak fitness by improving overall health and well-being. She has worked in busy clinics in both Bournemouth and Edinburgh. Rachel has also done further training in dry needling techniques as well as in pregnancy and paediatric care. Rachel has a special interest in helping athletes and women's health. Rachel has also treated athletes from triathlon, crossfit and professional football backgrounds to name a few.
In her spare time Rachel loves spending time outdoors walking Munros or at the beach, she also enjoys playing tennis and going to the gym and spending time with family.
Rachel is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and United Chiropractic Association. She has also completed her PRT (post registration training) training through the Royal College of Chiropractors and is now a Licentiate.
